In a deal active from 2025 onwards, Betfred has been named the official sponsor of Newmarket’s 2000 and 1000 Guineas, making the bookmaker the first organisation in history to sponsor all five British horseracing classics at the same time. The new sponsorship arrangement sees Betfred sponsor the Newmarket’s 2000 & 1000 Guineas, the Derby, the Oaks and the Saint Leger.
