Bethard links up with Enteractive for player conversion and reactivation

Bethard and Enteractive have announced their partnership. By combining Enteractive's conversion and reactivation services with Bethard's current internal customer relations management services, the partnership seeks to bring back active players from inactive accounts across all of its brands.

As part of this partnership, the Swedish operator, which is governed by the Swedish Gambling Authority, will launch campaigns with Enteractive that are aimed at reactivating player accounts that have been inactive as well as converting registered non-funded segments.

The customised player outreach approach offered by Enteractive is deemed crucial for maximising revenue generation from dormant segments of Bethard's player base.
