BetStop self-exclusion register gained 26,000 participants in June

The performance of Australia's national self-exclusion register, BetStop, has been the subject of recent statistics released by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The most recent report highlights a surge in new registrants and discusses the register's performance in June.

A total of 25,972 persons had chosen, according to the report, to abstain from gambling until the end of the month. Of the individuals with active exclusions as of June 30, 21,381 had either finished their exclusion period or canceled their exclusions early.
