A gunfight broke out over the weekend during an unrelated altercation at Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel.
The criminal was taken into custody as the suspected shooter.
During his search, the police found a 9mm handgun on him.
There were two charges brought against him for assault with a deadly weapon. He was also charged with firing a weapon into a building that was occupied, possessing a firearm by someone who was not authorized to do so, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, and having controlled substances.
