Birmingham man charged following armed robberies in gambling shops across city

A man has been charged after a string of violent robberies that occurred throughout Birmingham.

Following a string of robberies in gambling establishments throughout Birmingham, he was apprehended yesterday after considerable investigation by police.

In addition to possession of a weapon and ammunition, possession of a bladed object, and possession of drugs with the intent to supply, he was accused of three robberies and one attempted robbery.
