The new Chief Operating Officer of Blexr, who previously served as Vice President of People and Talent, has been announced.
She joined Blexr in November 2022 and has since helped with the creation of career frameworks, pay bands that are transparent, and employee experiences that are improved in order to foster career development and employee retention.
She will still be working for a People and Talent company in her new position, but she will also be helping the executive team with daily tasks and big picture planning.
