Boocasino: Green Feather Online Limited

I recently won $1500 off boocasino.co, using their 200% deposit bonus which came out to $100. They seem to take my deposits no problem but the one time I withdraw, they rejected my withdrawal and took all my winnings after I did a 55x rollover. They claimed I bet more than 10% of the bonus (which would be $10 a spin on slots) which I didnt, I was spinning $2-$5 per spin. They haven't replied to my emails, just rejected the withdrawal and cancelled the winnings and stopped replying. They said to contact their live support, but on the site there are no live support links. I also just saw from casinoforum.io that their Malta license was taken in August 2023 of this year? Is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with Boocasino. It's definitely frustrating when a casino rejects a withdrawal without proper explanation. Let me try to address your concerns and provide you with some information on how to proceed.

Firstly, regarding the issue with the rollover requirements, it is crucial to review the terms and conditions of the bonus thoroughly. Some casinos have strict rules about the maximum bet per spin while using bonus funds. If they claim you exceeded the 10% limit, it's essential to carefully analyze your betting history and compare it to their terms. If you are certain that you abided by the rules, you should gather evidence to support your case.

Since you mentioned they haven't responded to your emails, I recommend trying alternative methods of contact. Look for their customer support phone number or attempt to reach out to them through their live chat feature if available on their website. If you are unable to find their live chat option, it's worth double-checking their website's footer or the "Contact Us" section for more information. You can also check if they have any social media accounts and try reaching out to them there.

Regarding the information you found about their Malta license being revoked, it's important to verify this information from an official source. Visit the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) website and search for Boocasino's licensing information to confirm the accuracy of the claim. If their license has indeed been revoked, it could impact their legitimacy and your chances of resolving the issue through official channels.

If all attempts to resolve the issue directly with Boocasino fail, you can consider filing a complaint with a reputable online mediation service such as eCOGRA or the Central Dispute System (CDS). These organizations specialize in resolving disputes between players and online casinos. You can find more information about the mediation process on their respective websites.

Additionally, you can share your experience and raise awareness of this issue in casino-related forums and platforms. This can help other players make informed decisions and potentially put pressure on the casino to address your complaint.

Remember to always keep records of your communication with the casino, including emails, screenshots, and any other evidence that supports your case. This documentation will be valuable if you need to escalate your complaint to a higher authority.

I hope this information proves helpful in resolving your issue with Boocasino. Good luck, and I hope you are able to recover your winnings!

Hello, thanks for the quick answer, I cant seem to find any links to their supposed live support. They claim to have one on their faqs though. I tried checking to see if I bet more than $2-5, but it seems they removed all history regarding the bets. I was only able to find up to 13 pages of bet history, and none were above $2 either.

I apologize for any confusion caused. If you are unable to find a live chat option on the Boocasino website or in the FAQ section, it could indicate that their live support feature may not be readily available. In that case, you should explore other contact options such as email or phone support if they provide such information.

Regarding the missing bet history, it is concerning that you are unable to access past records to verify your betting amounts. In such situations, it becomes more challenging to provide concrete evidence to support your claim. However, you can still try to recall your betting patterns to the best of your ability and gather any other supporting evidence, such as screenshots or transaction history from your payment provider.

If Boocasino is unresponsive or uncooperative in resolving your issue, you may consider seeking assistance from a reputable third-party mediation service such as eCOGRA or the Central Dispute System (CDS). These organizations specialize in resolving disputes between players and online casinos. They can assist in investigating your case and potentially help facilitate a fair resolution.

In the meantime, I recommend documenting all your communication with Boocasino, including any emails and attempts to contact them. Keeping a record of your interactions will be essential should you need to escalate the complaint further.

I understand that this situation is frustrating, but it's important to remain persistent and determined in pursuing a resolution. I hope these suggestions help you in resolving your issue with Boocasino successfully.

Are there are forums I can post this to that regularly have contact with these types of online casinos? I have never had any problems like this, and I use tons of different casinos/sportsbooks. This is the first issue I've ever had. I've been on other sites that have stopped me if I'm betting above the limited amount I was allowed. This seems really shady.
