Bovada casino fined $50,000 by Tennessee

A Tennessee state agency has fined Bovada, an illicit online casino and sports betting site that preys on American players, $50,000.

The council is authorized by Tennessee's Sports Gaming Act to fine unlicensed sportsbooks that unlawfully accept wagers from wagerers within the state. According to the law, a first offense carries a $10K fine, a second offense a $15K fine, and subsequent offenses a $25K fine.
 
In Tennessee and other states in United States, government is up and doing and make sure that the laws of the land is strictly observed and obeyed but in third world countries, laws have no value except to protect the upper class. In third world countries, in fact government will not even know what there is a breach of law.
