A crucial individual of interest is still missing from Brazil's Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, which was established to look into corruption in the country's football systems.

A Brazilian businessman who was arrested by UAE authorities in November 2024 and given an INTERPOL Red Notice is still awaiting deportation to his native country.

The Brazilian Federal Police are looking for the tycoon, who is currently being held in a jail in Dubai, on suspicion of leading a Brazilian match-fixing ring that has manipulated football match results in multiple countries.
