Due to an attempt at cheating, a professional poker player from Brazil has been suspended from all Brazilian Series of Poker events and disqualified from one tournament. To put things in perspective, the incident happened on the second day of the competition.
The offender received 100,000 chips upon registering for the event. But in addition to the one he already had, he was dealt an additional starting stack during a table change. This player placed one of the stacks in his backpack rather than acknowledging his error and informing the officials.
