Bulgarian bill would ban virtually all forms of gambling advertisements

Yesterday, a bill was filed in Bulgaria that would outlaw almost all gambling-related advertising.

The bill intends to modify Bulgaria's gambling laws. It suggests outlawing advertisements for gambling that air on television, radio, print media, and the internet. Additionally, advertisements on buildings would not be permitted.

Should the bill be approved, advertisements would only be displayed on billboards located more than 100 meters away from schools, as well as on gaming halls and casino structures.
