Burnaby woman wins $25,000 lottery jackpot

She recently won five figures from a scratch-and-win lottery ticket, which she plans to save part of for a celebratory trip. The winner of the Concert of a Lifetime ticket from BC Lottery Corporation took home the top prize of $25,000. She had initially purchased the ticket in the hopes of winning the grand prize—a suite at a major concert for her and 13 guests as well.
