The completion of Caesars Entertainment's acquisition of WynnBet's Michigan-based iGaming business has been announced.
As part of the deal, the Sault Ste Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians has extended its long-term market access rights for iGaming.
To guarantee that there is no disruption for customers, Caesars will continue to operate on the current platform under the WynnBet brand.
In the second half of 2024, the operator intends to transfer WynnBet's iCasino operations to Caesars' Michigan iGaming platform under a new brand, subject to regulatory approvals.
