California tribes file lawsuit against cardrooms over illegal gambling

A California tribal entrepreneur group has sued the Card Room industry. The sector is accused of providing illegal gambling in violation of the state constitution and the California penal code. The lawsuit filed in the California Supreme Court may be the first of many accusations against the card rooms. The tribe has long claimed that some of the games offered by these establishments are illegal and violate the tribe's monopoly on home-banking casino games. But there were no legal tools to fight them
