Many casino websites on the internet operates illegally today simply because they don't have any license, although they might seem to be legit, having a license puts the players at 100% confidence that the website won't shutdown all of a sudden without paying all it's players their cash back.

If a casino website doesn't have a license do you think it can be taken down, and who do you think has the power to take down a casino website?.

Every gambling companies or betting Industries also have regulating bodies that are controlling them. So there are still some rules and regulation that a betting or gambling company have to be following too. They can be brought down if they don't follow rules too

Yes very well possible, if it doesn't require all the criteria for operating as a legit platform like having license, it's only the casino website with license are regarded as a legit website, any casino website without no license have nothing to offer than scamming customer online

I believe that these casino platforms can be shut down in terms of local access by the government if they are revealed to be operating illegally as per the laws of the land. Also, if the domain is expired, they could be shut down completely
