Yes! A bookmarker can cancel bet on several occasions like odd errors, postponement of games or cancellations of games etc. I believe the TOS is made to favor the bookmarkers. A lot of the TOS is made to favor the bookmarkers which i belive a gambler can seek redress in court. I believe some of terms of contract will be declared null and void in court.
