Can I partner with the friend to establish a slot gaming Arena?

The slot game is gaining popularity day-by-day and I'm not disputing the fact that it has never been popular before, it has always been popular but if such kind of game is established for the business, it is going to be of advantage because people will love to come and play. I don't have enough capital to start but I want to partner with a friend just establish a slot machine in a strategic location for people to come and play.

Joint business is what I am always sceptical about , most especially partnership because the partnership business with a friend and it does not last because of lots issues may arise in the future which will not be palatable experience.

If the friend is trusted and you have been together for quite a while and you understand each other properly . I do not see anything wrong in doing such business but there must be terms and conditions.
