Can you explain how the dealer and face-up/down cards affect the probability?

How dealer/face-up-down affects ten probability in first round:

• Dealer getting cards reduces player cards dealt, lowering probability. For example, dealer taking one of four cards in 4-player game lowers probability to players from 7.7% to 23%.
• Face-up cards provide information about dealt cards. Adjust probability if ten's already dealt, either to player or dealer. No adjustment needed for face-down.
• More/less players deal more/less cards, increasing/decreasing probability. Higher/lower number of players leads to greater/smaller chance of ten. Specific effects depend on conditions.
