An Ace-Two offsuit starting hand in draw poker needs much improvement. You should draw up to three new cards hoping for supplemental pairs, runs or flushes to strengthen your hand. Aces can fulfill straight and flush potential if drawn correctly. Try to avoid drawing cards which don't obviously improve your hand, as you risk going bust. With luck, a drawn pair, run or flush will give you a winning hand. But if nothing helpful is drawn, throw in that lousy Ace-Deuce and brace for another buy-in. That's poker!
