Let's suppose if I do not want to engage in a lottery program. However, if I actually participate in a lottery program and buy a lottery ticket by mistake, then what can I do in order to make sure that I get a refund? Is it possible to refund a lottery ticket if I ever purchase one in my life? I am sure many people would like to return their lottery tickets and get a refund, right?
