If you have a lot of savings or another source of income, then you may be able to afford to take the risk of playing poker full-time. However, if you are living paycheck to paycheck, then it is not advisable to quit your job to play poker

I can't be happy playing poker's without having a primary job. Relying heavily on poker is a tendency of becoming addiction in it and more likehood of losing more money. The happiness of securing a tangible livelihood as a result of extended poker would not be there.
