It is alleged that EzBtc, a former Canadian cryptocurrency trading platform, transferred nearly $9.6 million in customer funds to two online crypto casinos against the will of its clients.
Clients of EzBtc deposited over 2,300 Bitcoin and over 600 Ether on the platform between 2016 and 2019. According to market value, those are the two biggest digital currencies.
