Delaware Park Casino in Wilmington experienced a theft involving a Nissan Altima sedan.
According to a statement from Delaware State Police, state troopers detained the suspect for auto theft.
It is purported that she pilfered the car keys from a woman's jacket pocket within the casino. In front of a slot machine, the victim had left her jacket. The keys were taken when the owner of the jacket was not in close proximity to it.
Following that, Brooks entered the parking lot and, according to the police, eventually matched the keys to the Nissan that was left there.
