Casino employee tricked into giving $750,000 to fake lawyer

A 36-year-old woman is still in jail after a scheme in which a Las Vegas casino employee was duped into delivering $750K to a con artist.

The bogus attorney claimed that a UPS worker would make a delivery and then demand $750K in payment. The casino employee was directed to bring the loot to a location in North Las Vegas.

The casino employee believed the caller and received text messages related to the scam.
