Casino tycoon fined $10 million in Las Vegas to settle dispute over allegations of workplace sexual misconduct

Casino tycoon Steve Wynn has settled a years-long legal dispute with Nevada gaming authorities over allegations of workplace sexual harassment by agreeing to pay a $10 million fine and sever his links to the Las Vegas gambling sector he helped to create.

Last Monday, the Nevada Gaming Commission approved a settlement to put an end to the state's investigation into the claims that caused Steve Wynn to leave his business empire in February 2018. Wynn acknowledged his innocence.
