One woman has been charged with child neglect after her baby was found dead in a carriage at the entrance to the Seminole Hardrock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, on Christmas Eve. The Officer found it missing. Local police officers informed the neigbpurhood .Police said the suspect appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Her eyes were watery and red, her speech was slurred, and she smelled of alcohol.
