The Nugget Casino Resort has been fully acquired by Century Casinos. For $100 million, owner Century Casinos paid Marnell Gaming to take over the entire running of the Nugget. The Nugget Casino Resort is situated in Sparks, Nevada, close to Lake Tahoe and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Two hotel towers, an amphitheater, 1,472 parking spaces overall, and extra bars and restaurants are all features of the property. 29 table games and 892 slot machines are available on the gaming area.Century Casinos has 18 casinos in its portfolio, spread across the US, Canada, and Poland, including the recently purchased Nugget. Goldman Sachs USA, which also acted as the deal's lone financial advisor, provided Century Casino with a loan on April 1, 2022, to pay for the purchase.
