Chelsea set their sights on PSV star Madueke

Ruud van Nistelrooy, the manager of PSV Eindhoven, has acknowledged interest in Noni Madueke amid rumors of a transfer to Chelsea. The Blues want to bring Madueke to Stamford Bridge in the summer as part of Todd Boehly's plan to overhaul their forward line and continue their lavish spending. Given that Cody Gakpo was already sold to Liverpool this transfer window, PSV are hesitant to part with the 20-year-old should a January offer come in.

I do not think that the Dutch club would be willing to sell such a prodigious talent, especially given that their star player has left. They are also not in need of financial reinforcements at the moment, given that they have already cashed in on Gakpo
