Online reservations are now being accepted at the Californian Chicken Ranch Casino Resort. On July 15, the venue's expanded gaming floor and five-story hotel will have a soft opening. With 196 hotel rooms, the location is close to Yosemite National Park. The property will open restaurants, bars, and a 12,000-square-foot event space in the fall, along with a grand opening celebration.
