Chile releases results of gambling survey geared towards young people

In Chile, the National Youth Institute and the Superintendency of Gaming Casinos have unveiled the results of a research project titled "Youth and Games," which involved surveying 1,515 individuals aged 15 to 29.

This study is being conducted by the Superintendency of Gaming Casinos as part of its National Responsible Gaming Strategy. Beyond addressing problematic behaviors or pathologies linked to gambling and proposing preventive measures, it aims to provide education to players, their families, and society at large, all while advocating for responsible gaming.

A key revelation from the survey indicates that eight out of ten young individuals have engaged in playing online games or visited websites where others were participating.
