Colorado fugitive takes plea deal after Caesars Palace incident

A fugitive from Colorado who was apprehended after a tense confrontation at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip last month has decided to take a plea offer, according to his lawyer. The penalties for the offenses include the potential for fines of up to $12,000 and imprisonment terms of one to five years, which would be served concurrently with a 364-day sentence. If found guilty in Nevada, the latter counts may have resulted in life imprisonment.
