The enigmatic syndicate that won $95 million by cheating on the Texas lottery has been connected to Malta-based software provider Spinola Gaming and London-based parimutuel betting website Colossus Bets.
Having bought 25.8 million tickets, the syndicate was able to virtually guarantee the win, claiming the prize through a shell company registered in New Jersey.
These included every possible combination that could win the draw.
