ComeOn Group expands Ada partnership with AI technology

ComeOn Group has declared the growth of its collaboration with Ada, a customer service company driven by artificial intelligence.

Ada and ComeOn first collaborated on a scripted chatbot solution in 2022, but ComeOn is now using Ada's AI Agent. Claiming to be a significant improvement over traditional chatbot systems, this system aims to deliver more dynamic and contextually aware interactions.

Relatedly, ComeOn Group partnered with Highlight Games to expand its virtual sports offering recently.
