Common Number and Digit Biases Creeping into Pick 3 and Pick 4 Draws

Do basic number and digit biases tend to creep into lottery number draws over time? Does the lottery software or random number generator exhibit any biases that end up favoring certain numbers and digits more than others? If so, can players exploit these biases to improve their chances of winning? I would appreciate any insights from experienced lottery players on this issue.

In addition to the birthday effect and hot/cold number bias, there are a few other common biases that can influence pick 3 and pick 4 draws. One is the "consecutive" bias, where people tend to choose numbers that are consecutive, like 1-2-3 or 4-5-6.

I think it is statistically unlikely that biases would creep into lottery number draws over time. Random number generators or lottery software are specifically designed to be truly random and impartial. Any perceived biases are likely to be coincidence or the result of a statistical deviation.
