The UK's Digital, Culture, Media and Sport asked the gaming industry for feedback in December to help shape future gambling policy. Operators' perception that the UK Gambling Commission needs more work to become a viable regulator is a common theme among the results. The review is a component of the UK's ongoing work on its gambling white paper, which the government won't likely present until May after more delays. Operator feedback was requested by a DCMS committee, and Bet365, Flutter, and other companies responded. Some of the comments received have been made public by the government organization in charge of preparing the gambling reform. Nearly all operators expressed concern about the UKGC's conduct.
