Connecticut Gaming Division fines DraftKings and White Hat Gaming over impossible-to-win game

DraftKings and White Hat Gaming have been fined by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection's Gaming Division for discovering a bug that was preventing an online slot machine from paying out.

It was a bug in the system. Owing to a glitch in the computer, the odds were mistakenly set to zero, which prevented the game from recording wins.

The cause of the issue was also identified by White Hat's internal investigation as an improperly loaded file in the game's software.
