Corinthians maintains betting sponsor despite licensing concern

Despite licensing concerns, Esportes da Sorte has remained a sponsor of Corinthians.

In São Paulo, where the state's capital and name city are home to the Brazilian top-tier football team, the operator does not possess a license.

According to the current contract, which the parties are still fully adhering to, Corinthians claimed in a statement that the club "is authorised to continue displaying the Esportes da Sorte brand."

I have observed that government use to overlook procedures and policies when it comes to collecting taxes from bookmarkers and gambling sites. I think government is more concern about fund than keeping and executing some laws. Government is all the same all over, greedy and corrupt set of officials.
