The Gambling Authority recently fined gambling company Daub Alderney for corporate responsibilities and anti-money laundering (AML) violations, and a UK court has affirmed that decision.
The operator filed an appeal against the £5.85 ,000,000 fine imposed by the Gambling Corporation in September 2022. In an appealing to the First-Tier Court, Daub Alderney argued that the penalty was unreasonable and out of proportion to the license violations.
