Court upholds the UK Gambling Commission's Daub Alderney Fine

The Gambling Commission recently fined gambling company Daub Alderney for social responsibility and anti-money laundering (AML) violations, and a UK court has affirmed that decision.
The operator filed an appeal against the £5.85 million fine imposed by the Malta Gaming authority in September 2022. In an appealing to the First-Tier Tribunal, Daub Alderney argued that the fine was unreasonable and out of proportion to the license violations.

Didn't it occur to Daub Alderney that it had no case against the Gambling commission if it had been established to have breached anti money laundering act and social responsibility?.
The above crimes are criminal offence which need not to challenged in courts but agreed to pay the fines. Now that the court had upheld it, what is the next step?.
