Crown Resorts admits inability to cough up $300million fine instantly

This week, Crown Resorts made an appearance in an Australian courtroom to argue its case against a suggested $300 million fine. The Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre, a financial watchdog, conducted an inquiry into the most recent issues, and the court presiding over the case has accepted the report. AUSTRAC apparently caved in to a request from Crown despite having the power to compel the corporation to make a lump-sum payment. Crown claimed that it would need time and wouldn't be able to come up with so much cash at once.

I beg, the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre ATRAC should be lenient on Crown Resorts over this $300m liability. Since the casino had accepted the liability, what remains is the provision of flexible payment of the debts so that it won't affect the operation of the casino.
