Curacao master licensee Cyberytruck declares bankruptcy

Cyberluck, an online gambling operator, has been declared bankrupt by the Court of First Instance of Curaçao. The business was among the four owners of master licenses for gaming that had the authority to grant other operators sublicenses.

However, Cyberluck's status as a master licensee before the gambling hub's reforms was insufficient to stop the company from accruing enormous debt. The business, which operates under the name Curaçao eGaming, was held accountable for the money that its licensees owed.

The Court of First Instance of Curaçao declared Cyberluck, an online gambling operator and master licensee, bankrupt. Cyberluck, also known as Curaçao eGaming, was responsible for issuing sublicenses to other operators. However, despite its master license status before the island's regulatory reforms, the company accumulated unsustainable debt and was held liable for amounts owed by its licensees, leading to its financial collapse.
