Czech Republic completes full streamline of Gambling Act revisions

Amendments to the Czech Gambling Act and the related Act on Gambling Tax were approved by the Czech Chamber of Deputies in 2023.

The changes were the first to be made to the Czech Gambling Act since it was first introduced in 2017. The goal of the significant changes made in 2024 is to expedite the licensing process for foreign companies based in the EU that offer services for Czech gambling.
