Czech Republic faces scrutiny on percentage of illegal gambling exposure

The Czech Republic's government has been urged to clarify figures regarding national consumers' exposure to black market gambling activities.

Furthermore, market data show that the number of legal Czech gambling establishments decreased to 707 last year.

According to an independent assessment, Czech gambling has at least 30% exposure to illegal gambling activities, with the figure likely to rise as Czech consumers migrate to online websites.
