A deal for DAZN to be the sole broadcaster of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup has been finalized. In addition to offering free live streaming of all 63 Club World Cup matches worldwide, it will also allow regional free-to-air linear broadcast networks to sublicense the rights.
The tournament's final, which will take place in the US from June 15 to July 13, 2025, had been rumored to be of interest to Apple in terms of media rights. DAZN has been working to increase its reach, though, as evidenced by the acquisition of the rights to broadcast the English Premier League for Spain and Portugal starting in 2025–2026.
