Although the lengthy layoff is somewhat of a concern, I believe the Nuggets will win this game. Miami is obviously in a terrible place because they just finished playing seven hard games that culminated in Boston before boarding a plane for Denver. In the end, I believe the Nuggets pick up the pace and win against the fatigued Heat, who will also be impacted by the high altitude.
