The Detroit Pistons are my pick to barely win this game. Three of the Boston Celtics' regular starters might not be available. Simply put, I don't think the Celtics are healthy enough to prevail in this game. It would have been a different story if they had used their original starting five players. That's not the case, though. In their most recent game, Detroit also fought hard against the Raptors but came up just short. They'll be motivated to play in this game and exert every effort to keep it close.
