Do all lottery systems use TRNGs?

I am a long time lottery player and I have often wondered if the lottery systems most of us play actually use True Random Number Generators or if there are some other methods used to generate the winning numbers. In my experience, the lottery officials are not very transparent about how the systems work and I have never seen any official confirmation that TRNGs are used. I would love to hear from others who may have some insight or knowledge about this. Do you think all lottery systems use TRNGs or are there other ways to generate the numbers?

Most modern lottery systems use TRNGS to select the winning numbers.These methods are considered to be truly random, as they are not affected by any underlying patterns or algorithms.
