Do children's chapter books teach responsible playing?

I love playing poker and would like my kids to learn too to develop strategic thinking. But I want them to start with play money and simple rules. Any recommendations for children's chapter books around 7-12 years that feature poker games for fun with Monopoly money? Thinking those could be a good introduction for kids into basic concepts of poker before moving to real games.
