Do parents approve gambling?

Most gamblers tend to keep their gambling habits and opinions away from any of their family members especially their parents this is because 80% of parents doesn't approve gambling even though they've been into it in the past.

They have a lot experience on gambling and understand the dangers while other parents believe in luck and approve gambling although it's rare, do you think all parents approve gambling?

I do think any parent would advise the child to gamble even the addicted gamblers hide this habit from their children because they know it will be bad for them .So no good parents will ever do that. Even though I do gamble but will never encourage myself to do it.

I doubt that any parent would want their offspring to engage in gambling activities, especially when they are underage because they are not mature enough to fully understand the financial ramifications of a loss
