Most times I think it's best to just tell the customer care service to actually be less strict on you when they are solving your problem , because I know that there are some customer care service that are very frustrating and they are really rude to the customers ,and this would actually make the customers leave the platform

I think that if they are within their rules and regulations, then one would have no cause to complain. However, if I see that I am being targeted with regards to rule enforcement in an extremely stringent manner, I will air my grievances

This is a fair pont. A gambling website should not be so strict and be a little lenient towards customers in order not to make them feel somehow handicapped in their activities, to be fair to them
